Conference Date: October 25th, 2025

Registration: Delegate fee $25.

Payment: In person by cash or check or by mail. Invoices will be sent upon registration.

Drop Fees: Delegates who drop after 10/20/25 will be fined 50% of the registration cost. Do not register on the country matrix unless your delegation is prepared to pay and attend the conference! (The country matrix is where final registration numbers are pulled)

Deadline for Position Papers: 10/24/25 at 11:59PM, using the “Position Paper Submission Form”. Further instructions can be found in the position paper template.
